1980s & 1990s
The Silent Years
I was born a highly-sensitive, wild, messy, creative. But years of childhood trauma & academic domestication led me to believe that perfection & people-pleasing was the best way to live. So I got lots of fancy degrees, certifications, and jumped right on the hamster wheel of corporate success.
Early 2000s
Searching For Happiness
By the time I was 24, I had a dreamy job, houses, cars, and a fiance I loved. But I wasn’t happy. Which confused me and made me mad at myself. I tried to act normal, but I was dying inside. I became sick & was diagnosed with a lifelong debilitating disease.
Late 2000s
Messy Action Era
Instead of surgeries & pills, I set out to find better answers. I traveled the world, sat in ashrams, studied ayurveda, meditation, naturopathic medicine, quantum physics, positive psychology, yoga therapy, and hypnotherapy. When I found Music & Life Coaching, I was filled with meaning and purpose.
2009-2020
Building A Movement
I started my first business and got to work! As the client list grew, we added more locations. Soon, single clients became whole families of clients. Referrals poured in. And clients stayed an average of 5 -15 years. Eventually I realized that what we were doing wasn’t “business-as-usual.”
2022
From Great to Greater
Many of my clients were ready to start creative businesses of their own. So we created a safe space for highly-sensitive, purpose-driven creatives to learn & do just that: grow profitable businesses filled with meaning and purpose (emphasis on profitable)!
